RACHEL MATHESON

Rachel is an experienced trainer and facilitator with over two decades of experience working with people from all walks of life and across all levels of organisations.  She is passionate about helping people reduce stress, cope with pressures and expectations, increase happiness and be the best version of themselves. 

Working as a Productivity Trainer in both the public and privates sectors, across Australasia, Rachel felt there was something missing in the way we approach training.  Participants were being asked to to make changes in how they operated in the workspace, but without first addressing their mindset and well-being. This is when she became curious about Mindfulness. 

"Mindfulness gave me the ability to learn about myself, better connect with other people and overcome personal barriers that had kept me in my comfort zone. It made such a difference in my life, I decided to become a certified mindfulness trainer".

Rachel has now drawn on this training expertise and her past work experience in the commercial sector to offer tailored Resilience & Productivity Workshops.
