Mindfulness for Woman is a workshop designed for busy women who are feeling overwhelmed, frazzled or are just curious about the benefits of mindfulness.

Covering the key principles of mindfulness we explore the nature of thought and its impact on our everyday happiness, how to manage stress and feel more in control and how to get more enjoyment out of  life and much more!

Mindfulness for Teenagers

Teenage years can be tough both mentally and emotionally for many of our teenagers.  Learning about Mindfulness provides them with simple, practical tools and techniques to navigate and help overcome life's various challenges. 

Resilience comes from within. We all have it, we just need to learn how to tap into it. By understanding how our minds (or thoughts) work and by connecting and managing feelings - teenagers can thrive - through self belief, self compassion and self empowerment.
